Q. Will I need to pay for staff training?

A. We believe we have developed a system that is so simple and intuitive that you will not need to spend money on training for your staff. We have help files to assit you if you have questions. But we are sure you'll find it logical and easy to use.

Q. Is there a limit on the number of documents per Deal Files or number of Deal Files we can store?

A. No, there are no limits! We want you to be as compliant as possible and spending a little as possible storing paper documents!

Q. How can I upload my documents?

A. You can upload by selecting a file, copy & paste, drag & drop, and even taking a photo with a mobile or tablet.

Our API provides Developers with the ability to upload documents directly to a Deal File seamlessly from your backend systems.

We are currently developing a Mobile App, and integrations with Cloud drives such as Dropbox and OneDrive.

Q. How can I ensure GDPR compliance?

A. We are fully GDPR compliant. We mark certain document types (e.g. Driving License, household bills etc) as GDPR sensitive and these are automatically removed from the system after a specified number of days.

Q. We have several dealerships under one business entity. How does Auto eDocs handle this?

A. No problem. We can configure the system to have a collection of dealer sites under a Group. You can configure this in the system yourselves or speak to us directly.

The monthly fee and deal file charges are billable per site. If there are muliple franchises on a site, these are billable separately.

Q. What if I want to cancel? Can I have my documents from the system?

A. We hope you wouldn't want to cancel, but if you do we can export the documents for you in a suitable format. We will also ensure that we clear out any of your data to ensure security for your business.
